Hello friends,

First time posting, I am seeking some advice.

Should I switch to flower now knowing that there may be a 1-2 week stretch or build the canopy then switch.

This is my first time growing a plant like this.
To veg or not to veg

I almost made a perfect wreath for Christmas but I must have trimmed the 2 side branches a little differently at some point.

Looking forward to advice, thank you.

How tall is the tent?

This one is 6ft tall 3x3, I have 2 TS1000 in this tent and the pot is 10 gallon fabric.

I'm thinking I am going to flip them. I've been watching some videos talking about people skipping the veg stage since you get a nice stretch and all the training has taken a while. I'll keep feeding the veg food till the buds start then switch to flower food.

cool af that thats one plant, any pics on training technique?

Hey, for sure. Last grow in little tent I was using old dirt and ended up transplanting to a 10 gallon fabric pot. I started this one in a 5 gallon fabric pot.

- I topped it so I would have the 4 branches closet together in height to make it easier
- gardening staples to hold down the branches
- important to prune each side and each branch equally and can be stressful on the plant
- kept pruning until I had 2 branches coming off each of the 4 main branches that were equal in size and on the sides of the branches(left and right instead of Top and bottom). you can see right from the start the smaller branches never did catch up to the rest. But I ended up letting them up a little higher to make sure they were at the same height
- I tried to water moderately in order to control rate of growth so that I had more time to control it without stressing the plant too much. Maybe i over thought that part but it worked

This is in the 10 Gallon right after transplant. I used a less porous earth around the sides and bottom hoping it would retain moisture a little better since the original Gaia volcanic soil is very porous as are the fabric pots.

- I added Mycorrhiza between the plug and the new transplant soil

Thanks for asking!

Frosty lady is pretty much ready but the hairs are still mostly white.

Strain is Quebec Black Bud.

Harvest now or wait a few days?

Give it 2 more weeks or so.

That's on par with the vendor specs and what I was thinking.
But seeing the trichome already turning amber made me 2nd guess myself.

Thank you for the reply
