To water! Or not to water!

I am harvesting plans tonight. I’m stopping in now to get everything watered. Should I water the ones that are getting harvested? Some people seem to think it’s good to water right before they harvested and some people say no. Not sure which way to go why it’s good or not?

It would be interesting to see a pre harvest pic. Just saying. But anyway maybe your simply prolonging the drying and curing process by watering more.... which is a good thing I understand.
