Tomato cage for heavy buds

Has anyone ever used this? And have you ran into any issues. Don’t really want to do a trellis I was think maybe tomato cage will be better

I have use one but I cut it so it was just one ring. I was also doing a mainline tho.

That is beautiful and galvanized much better than the tomato cage idea. I'm working with bamboo, mesh, pipe cleaners, garden elves but always ready to upgrade for the next time. Very nice looking magnolias too.
I have a pile of bamboo stakes also, hate’em. The cages work great for me. Some tops will tip over the last week but the cages keep them off the ground. This run.

Kinda OT, but I tried using those 'tomato' cages a few years ago and my tomatoes CRUSHED the cages. I grow heirloom Mule Train tomatoes and they easily get to 3lbs each.

Never thought about using them for bud though. Nice tip.
