All my plants started from clone in mid to late May have now been showing signs of flowering for over a week. Question is it too early for this? One has been budding for like 3 weeks already. I thought flowering wasn't for another couple weeks.

They may start early Outdoors they are a living thing and maybe they are sensing the season changing. Have you been having a lot of rain and cloudy overcast?

No. I'm in the Bay Area California. Probably average temps been about 80 all summer. One thing is the sun doesn't hit my plants till about 730 and stops hitting them at around 730. Could this be the issue even though they still get light just not direct sunlight the rest of the time the suns out?

If they're going into the shade early yeah that could help put them to sleep earlier.

That in combination with them sensing that the seasons are changing of course.

I wouldn't consider it early. Nature knows its shit better than we do. But it is possible that the shade effects it a little. Not autos. What's your flower time for that strain? Or does clone change that? I know nothing about clones but I'm gonna cut some soon n give em a try. My plants on flower but maybe veg the clones til the 10 wk flower is done n drop the clones right in the room to flower then. Should be goood sized.

I would leave them right where they are at they wont appreciate being moved now.

All 4 of my clones that I put out in early May are flowering. One has been flowering since the beginning of July.
FYI, they are all different strains.

Mine are all different strains also. Oh well looks like harvest will come earlier!!! Not a bad thing.

Not a bad thing at All! :)
What strain of yours started flowering first? Just curious, mine was a Alien OG.

Mine are all from seed, 5 different strains some have been flowering for over a week and some are just starting and some in between on lattitude 36 almost 200 miles south of the bay area. I just go with it.

im in the bay area as well and am growing multiple strains, blue dream, gdp, white buffalo, gsc, ghost og. The blue dream white buffalo and gdp look like they are just starting to show signs of flowering, not as much as yours and my plants dont get direct sunlight from 730 to 730 so i think its probably just the strain.

Two of my bag seed plants flowered at 90 days exactly, figure they had to be an autoflower strain. Now two months later the other seven have started flowering normally under identical conditions.
