FINAL COMMENTS:
Top 44 takes me to a place when i just started into getting spasms (some 5 years ago) they were light and would ease up with application of ice and 30 minutes or so of relaxation back when things were still not horrible, but since then my spasms have increasingly gotten worse and i haven't found anything that has helped strain or pharma wise, however top 44 was able to take me back to the days when the pain was less and the spasms were pale by comparison! doesn't take the spasms away completely or knock down the pain 100% but it surely put a nice dent in them even if only for 10 or 15 minutes!
