So, I am about 25 Days from harvest and the roots off my indoor plants are exposed. Even with watering very slowly they are still a few that can be seen and are not covered.
Is it fine for me to do a small top dressing this late in flower? I am growing in Coco with liquid nutes. My plan was to do a small layer of just coco buffered & rinsed with some Calmag.
Any advice before I proceed?

Humm difficult situation you got yourself in there but nvm we all do it after all we’re all human.

I don’t know, mate to be really honest with you I might transplant them even if they are if flower if the roots are coming out the pot loads a little bit I’d wouldn’t.

Saying that even an experienced grower plants would be take a couple of days to settle while the plant re roots itself.

Basically, if they’re not coming out loads, just leave it, bud

There’s no way to call without being there & being able to see yourself what’s going on.

I don’t grow in coir but I do top dress.

Top dressing is different to liquid nutrients.
It can take a bit to kick in & you need to understand ( I forget the terminology when I’m this stoned ) but basically how long it’s gonna be active in the coir for.

25 days away should be fine.

If you mean top dress as put a little extra coco on the top of the pot to cover the roots. That’s fine I do it all the time.

if you mean at the top roots are pusing out then yea or you can put a black foil over it it will stay wet longer and roots will grow out but not die usually you see it in earthboxes
