That new growth looks like it’s still deciding what to do after the topping, so I wouldn’t stack more stress on it right now.
Autos can handle one top if they’re healthy and still moving, but the clock doesn’t pause for recovery like a photo plant. I’d let her push those side branches for a few days, keep the watering/root zone steady, then maybe do very gentle LST once the tops are reaching again. No more cutting for now.
The biology after a top is basically the plant shifting hormones away from that main tip and redistributing growth to the side shoots. If the roots and microbes are happy it’ll usually sort itself out quick. If she stalls, just let her be and don’t try to “fix” it every day.
