Topping: When should I?

Alright so I’m at about 6 nodes and almost 8 weeks from seed... just yesterday they began to show signs of sex (both fem Woot!) and I’m curious if it’s safe to top them now when they have pistils forming on the new growth.. Any info would be greatly appreciated

Hey i top at five sets of leaves and i go two more weeks before i put em into flower...hope this helps....dj

I top them as soon as I can with about the 2 or 3 node but I take topping to a whole new level my last crop I topped them prolly 20 or 30 times each I had massive bushes I love topping it's my bread and butter I try to cram pack as Many bud positions as I can on the plant and topping is the way to go for me atleast
