So I started a seed and then planted it on the 1st of July, so about 10 days now, now I have this little guy. Any thoughts, advice, suggestions? My pot might be to small as I see a tiny part of the root I believe

Hey! Congratulations, here are a few questions that would help us help you.
What soil?
What water? (Tap, RO, well...)
At what PH do you water?
How many gallons is that pot?
What kind of light are you using and how many watts?
Do you have nutrients ready for when she is big?

Thank youuu! Water is just bottled water from the fridge, the pot is honestly I’m not sure I since this picture have put it in one of the taller sand buckets nothing fancy but definitely taller so the roots can grow better, light I’m using is just a computer stand clamp on lamp, nutrients no, kind of clueless on that, last time I tried a seed it did grow and got maybe a few grams out of it 😂😩 I used fish tank water on that one. But I was proud it actually produced something for my very first plant. Now this is my second one and so far I’d like to think I’m doing better, only going off of it not stretching and being leggy for the little bit of days it’s been going

There's holes in the bottom of the bucket right?

Are u keeping in pots and moving them outdoors, into the ground. I start mine in early March inside in pots with soil from my garden. I don't like constantly transplanting, so I raise them in a bit larger pot than is necessary. Being they be in there for approximately 6-8 weeks, before going outside. I see little issue with shock. It's being transplanted in the exact same soil it began it's life in. And around the same temp, as it was, indoors. Nature takes it from there.

Also...check the pH of that bottle water. I was using bottles of spring water. Decided to check it's pH, off the charts at 8+. My well water is spot on. No softener, straight well water

I wouldnt use water from the fridge, it could shock the root system and keep the root area below 19 oC. i leave mine out for 24 hrs first to get to room temp.

Nope just an indoor grow and no more pot changes

That plant looks happy and healthy! Always nice to get off to a good start.

A small investment in lighting will get you very far. A decent 100 watt grow light is less than $100, some closer to $50 right now, and it will pay for itself the first run. Otherwise you'll be ok until the plant gets bigger and it's time to flower but then get really airy junk buds with low flavor and potency.

It would be a shame to waste all that time and energy when it looks like your plant has nice potential.

Wanted to add a little update, someone suggested light stress training, I googled and seen you tie the stems and stuff? Is it worth it and if so where/how would I on this plant?

A cheap vipraspectre light or if you have a good amount of disposable money then a spider farmer light, plus a small cheap Vivosun tent setup with a environmental controller of sorts would do wonders for you if you end up deciding to continue on with the grow journey. Great job working with what you have so far! Thats above average growth for that young a plant for sure ✌️

Thank you!! And I have a grow tent 4 by 8 I believe it is coming lights I have a few of the plant lights nothing fancy I just need to grab them from storage. Now I know everyone feeds their plants I am clueless on that part I’ve been suggested some things, now would it be possible to go just straight water the whole way through? Or that won’t work?

This is for the “light stress training” a lot of people have suggested to me, I don’t know if I did it right or if this is even good? Does anyone know if it’s okay or should I scrape it and take the lil strings off? Just did this about 20-30 minutes ago ish

Agreed, a little bit too soon for LST, the leaves should be totally free from stress but the cord is pushing the base of the leaves which is not good, you need larger stems or if you wanna start that soon small plastic clips but there's really no reason to start that soon.
I have the feeling that you wanna do more stuff than what se really needs, which is something we all can relate to I think hahaha. Just be careful, dont be watering too much or giving too many nutes, so far she looks great!
