Here is Billy's Arcata cut of Trainwreck, this has been in may stable since he sent it to me many moons ago..

I used to rock a few of these with every flip for headstash..

FastForward, that's some good growing- real well done on that.

I've wanted some Trainwreck since OG and DrJay's enthusiastic support for the strain.

BH, are you going to be releasing more seeds in the future?

There are still TW seeds left from the first batch and some TW hybrids too.

The last of our TW (BH's TW) was harvested tonight - a friend was still growing it, no idea which pheno, cut or anything at this point....entirely possible he got a seed plant by mistake.

Anyhow, she's a monster....will let the photos do the talking. Was fed on the Canna Roja stuff that he swears by....says everything is bigger, stinkier, better than the CocoAB.

Nice plant, looks a lot like the mother of the seeds, has the same floppiness, yields pretty well too and it looks like he got a nice yield off that one. By looks alone, I'd say this plant is the closest to my keeper mother, in fact, I'd say it's almost identical to my keeper pheno, did he keep a cut of her?

This pic cracks me up, the way he has a bit of paper over his head and the smiley face is upside down!

That Canna Roja stuff intrigues me, I remember you mentioned it before and I could only find one place on the net that had it, couldn't even find it on Canna's website.

Yeah, the smiley face was my idea....only it went a bit wrong....stoners eh? :)

The Roja is import only but doesn't appear in any official Canna online websites or searches (even in dutch). It does crop up in a few dutch online stores but it should really be on Canna's site...otherwise I question its authenticity. However, the results speak for themselves. Maybe it's old discontinued stock? That's one of the other options....

He didn't keep a cut....he was keeping a cut until me and STL spent 4 hours hating trimming my 2 beasts and I called him to say 'fuck the TW, it's too much aggro'... so my bad. It still doesn't look anything like my pheno, so I think there was something particularly dangerous about mine.

I think you got a recessive Thai pheno mate, shame it was such a PITA to grow. The resin in the jar is mental, I had a similar thing but not to that extent. TW is a great hash making strain and the hash packs a punch.

I'd nominate the jar pic for POTM but I don't think it's ethical as it could be considering spamming seeing as I made the beans. It's well worthy of a nomination tho imho.

Buds look sticky n stinky! i have 2 of thees dryin now and they smell fantastic! like loads of juicy fruit. chopped 1 down a few weeks ago which was the proper TW and was delicious. Love the way it goes reddy purple at the end. 8 weeks in nft and nearly 10 for the other pheno. all were vegged from seed for 4 weeks. the yield off the proper TW is going to be half of the other pheno.

I too would love to get a hold of some of these seeds. I got to smoke some Trainwreck grown by a local guru once, and it had a soaring sativa high, with a taste to die for.
