Don't dog on me lol but I use LEDs they are coming up guys I have a feeling eventually hps and cmh will be extinct eventually as technology advances

Our leds aren't perfect but u think our first hps or first cmh was either nah and they mimic the sun more than a hps or cmh but I'm not a master and I can't grow p's YET lol but imma do my damndest to

Nothing is natural about growing indoors. Flip straight 12/12

Lots of good comments in here and I'm to lazy to like them all.

I skimmed so if I missed it another tip to keep compact growth during stretch is keep the same day/night temps.

try a 11 light /12 4 dark time ( a plant news 13 -13.5 of darkness to "trigger" bud development) this will shorten you transition period

The best way to do it IMO isn’t to shorten the light by two hours for three days. 12/12. I’ve been doing this for 12 years.
