They seem to be responding well to sun, when I leave them out for a couple hours then put them back inside under my light. Generally, past Victoria Day people put plants outside ( applies to pretty all plants, as there is a strong chance of frost before then. Do you have any advice on flipping them to flower outdoor? Previous years ive just waited till the daylight hours allowed them to flower. I cant bring them inside at that point ( I have cats who will destroy them)

I wouldn’t! I think the time is right! Get some hours of sunlight on those squirts and let them spread their wings! Just be cognizant of the media moisture in those little cups! They may dry back a little quicker than you’re used to! But a little drink fixes that real quick! Let them stay in those till they get a node or two and the leaf start extending out over the edge of the cup! You wanna make sure the roots fill up that cup because it’s a lot easier to transplant when you got a good root ball! If you do it too early They are pretty flimsy and you really have to be careful! Full speed ahead! you have to get used to the difference in weight between a watered cup and one that is getting dry! Shouldn’t take long to figure that out! Always err on the dry side! That’s a quick fix!
