Travel to Canada from the US...

Just throwing out a hypothetical. If a guy living in a legal state, that may or may not be shaped like a mitten, wanted to visit Canada, would bringing a small quantity of reefer be confiscated or would they let that hypothetical traveler be?

What is the state of legal weed in Canada? Is it generally half decent or generally let the buyer beware?

I'm sure the hypothetical rando would finish anything before returning, or give it away.

What do you mean? Marijuana is 100% legal in Canada, you can possess up to 30 grams, I believe. Pass even a nug of a single gram to a minor and you're liable to face up to 14 years imprisonment if you do.

I live right across the river from Sarnia, and legal or not, in Michigan and Canada, I would still feel like a smuggler, shitting my pants at the inspection station! The wife and I went to Toronto some time back and ofc I hid some weed in the luggage. It went undiscovered and we smoked it the whole trip and didn’t have to worry about smuggling any back!!!
