Trich production not uniform across grow

So I'm growing jack herer feminized photo period in happy frog. I was feeding all synthetic notes but have introduced some organic top dress a couple times and have just been feeding water and recharge. They are just starting week 7 of bloom and are looking good except that half of them are producing more trichomes than the other half. Also the ones with more tricks have a few amber colored tricks and the others do not. What I'm asking is if this is normal or is there something I could do with the ones that aren't developing as fast

normal phenotypic distribution, not all phenos are born equal.

Not having any information on the size or shape of your grow, maybe it is something just as simple as rotating the plants around throughout the grow so they all get a shot at the sweet spot.. if you can
