Trichome ready to go or no?

Any thoughts? My first grow and I have put these girls through hell!
I started flushing a few days ago but perhaps I jumped the gun a little.

I see a mix of clear and cloudy trichomes, but not the 20-30% of amber ones yet that seems to be the preferred target...

They look to have a lot of sparkle, check in a few days.
