Yeah the amber obsession is real, mostly cloudy or all cloudy is what you want 👍
Thats the brass tacks.
Sup man!
I like your style.
Drives me crazy man because it’s been this way since the beginning of cannabis time you know these things have only varied slighty because of growers having to put their hands in the cookie jar with shit,
hybrids and what not you know?
Its just s fundemental fact. I do like being able to inform newer growers about it though. It just blows the info has been pushed back to page 10 because of hybridization and banks posting availability of them.

So many new banks that the algorithm has been predisposed to keep that fact away from people, especially new folks, who are trying to learn a thing or two you just gotta dig a little bit, but the information is out there and it’s as old as fucking time 🤷‍♂️🥴

Go fly kites,
Take up needlepoint.
Build a 100,000 piece jigsaw,
Steal peoples mail,
Play with matches,
Punt a infant

As long as you hurry up and wait find something to do to keep you occupied, youll be gravy. Especially with sativa or hybrids.
Let me see! Where can I find an infant? 😆🍻

May i suggest wal mart?
Theres at least 3 random infants running with scissors at walmart any given moment.
Highly puntable.
Even into the wind.
Surprisingly aerodynamic.

Genius! I have Walmart deliver! My next order will be two cases of highlife, which is the max they will deliver, one tri-tip, and one infant! I subscribe on the beer! Every three days!✌️

Bro, you have a beer subscription from Walmart??!!!
That is Hoodrich as fuck.
Love it.

So many growers harvest too soon and lose 20 percent or more of the bud weight. They will keep swelling and the calyx will grow bigger. Your buds are not finished yet. Get yourself a digital handheld microscope 60x - 120x with the light built in. Look at the trichomes around the calyx. Drop your humidity as low as possible the last week, it will make the plant defend itself by producing thick trichomes, Once you see all milky trichomes, run clear ph balanced water and start your flush. Turn off the lights and give them total darkness for 36 to 48 hours and you will have some sticky, resinous buds. It is definitely worth the wait for the heavier harvest... Good luck, hope they turn out great!

Yeah dont flush the food out of your soil the last week, ever hes in ff ocean frog mix
And you dont need to ph it either

That is a good point to not flush prematurely. some growers do not flush at all. Depends on if you want smooth smoke according to some old timers. I have done both ways and I do hydro so I used the general hydroponics for the flush in hydro but i did it right as I was prepping for lights out so about 2 days of flushing while plants are in total darkness for 36 to 48 hours building the trichomes.

No, you can’t subscribe! I wish! I was fibbing! Have to settle for 4 12’ers at your door in an hour! I can live with that!🥴

It's not as if there were one perfect moment to chop, and the crop is lost if it's off by a day or two, or even a week. Some folks like a later harvest, while other folks don't. Experience is important and so is the strain. I can't remember ever being suicidally disappointed with any crop, and they haven't all been gems.

I think it has more to do with the nutrients that you use in the frequency and volume in which you use them, then more importantly, the dry and cure process, that has a ton to do with a bitter or clean pallet. you know if you’re prone to using things heavy handedly you will just be nursing in a long toxicity the entire freaking grow and by the time you get to the end, sure you might have some bitter on the back end, but I don’t ever really deal with that and I don’t flush ever only thing I flush is my DWC. If you feed nutrients at the right clip and you’re not turning on toxicities mainly nitrogen all the way through flower to chop then your smoke is gonna be smooth. There’s no amount of flushing at the end of a grow that’s gonna change the forming flavor profile that’s been a constant flux from the moment that the plant sprouted you know from the first time I’ve rub a stem to the last time. I rub a stem right before chop. The plant is going through all of these different changes, physiologically.
Some heavy-handed use of Water is gonna do nothing to change that complexity. That’s been going on the entire road. Catch my drift.?
I just think it’s an old wives tale
I will say this, though flushing is appropriate in soil only if you find out that your water supply is in the surplus of minerals or you’re toxic from alkalinity or acidity other than that you should leave it be there’s no need to rock the boat and starve your plant at the very end of the growth cycle those last few weeks are crucial for packing weight and producing resin.

Very well said...I grow in dwc and rdwc, the mother plant from a seed is the exception and I end up cloning that if its a good example and flower the mother with the first harvest but keep the strain going through perpetual cloning. I too believe that curing is over half of the smoothness of the smoke. Burping and monitoring inside humidity with the small humidity meters and using the 62% moisture bags comes out very good. Ive done it with 3 grows and it pays off after the minimum curing timeframe... Keep curing and it gets even better... Very good information on the last few weeks before harvest. Thanks for sharing this...

Here's a short youtube video by Dr. Bruce Bugbee on flushing and nitrogen deprivation. Regarding flushing, he says that the only reason to flush is if there is nutrient excess.
