Trichromes 30% Amber but Lots of White Pistils

My plants look good under a jewelers loupe with about 30% turned amber but a lot of the buds don't look done including the main cola which still has a lot of white pistils. Growing Hindu Kush and Blue Buddha, both of which said 8-10 weeks. I'm almost at 10 weeks now. What is best to go by, pistils or trichromes?

pistols can remain all white in some strains until they start to die, had this happen with some haze crosses that were white/pink tips all the way till the day they were cut. Go by the trichromes
