Trim fan leaves or not?

This thing is going hogwild. Afraid the fan leaves are depriving bud sites of sunlight. It's a Critical Bilbo. Any suggestions? Sorry for the blurry picture. Dropped my phone and smashed part of the camera lens. Thank you. Edit. Meant to put this in outdoor grow section.

I’d just top it so the under growth has time to catch up. Defoliate a bit now then again in a week or so.
