Depending on where you're at in CA or west coast, trim value varies greatly.
(Far) Northern CA: trim is worth $25-$75 unit. Since it's outdoor trim, we'll go on the lower side.
100# trim * $25 = $2500
Yields vary too, as does quality of finished product. I've had experienced BHO makers tell me they easily yield around 25g per LB trim. Strain is incredibly important for high yielding extracts. For the sake of easy math lets assume it's 1 oz BHO per LB trim which seems reasonable.
At 1oz per unit; 100# will yield around 100 oz BHO or just over 6#.
The question comes down to how much is your time worth to you and how much is the trim worth to you. You might consider finding extract artists that are willing to do the work and split the product in a more equitable fashion. This way you'd be getting a fair share of the end product, rather than letting the trimmers ship the bulk of it.
