I have an environmental sensor that calculates my light intensity, but it outputs it in w/m^2 (watts per meter squared). I can't find anything solid online or on the farm that explains how to convert to PAR/PPFD/LUX (seems like there is no simple conversion). And I can't find any info on what intensity I would want (in w/m2) for clones/veg/flower etc.

Anyone have any experience with w/m2 data?

I know there are phone aps that give approx LUX, etc, but I'd rather buy a light meter than use those. But since I already have a sensor that reads light intensity I'd rather not buy another tool needlessly. Thanks for any help!
