Spliffy bro I got 2 areas.
Ks-3000 in the sauna vegging.
Se-5000 in the box.
Appreciate you bro. I need all the help I can get.

Reason I thought it was light was the yellowing didn't start until I turned light up.
👍
Crank her up some in the box, plants tend to bulk up a bit in the last two weeks or so.

Thanks for the praise, I am no expert but I do appreciate that.👍

Misdiagnosing is easy, we all do it sometime.
A few years ago I had major issues in my outdoor garden after several seasons of excellent grows. I was seeing yellow tips, yellow and brown spots, curling leaves, necrosis, etc. Leaf issues were at the top, middle and bottom of the plant, minimal bud growth, some buds completely browning out, some full branches dying etc. The first year it happened early in flower, second year it started in late veg, third year it started early/mid veg.

There are SO many different conditions that can cause any of those issues but it was mainly Septoria - really bad! I also had moths (just a few) doing their thing. Multiple issues at the same time made it really tough to diagnose.

I am embarrassed that it took me two seasons to figure it out, but I had never even heard of septoria before and all my research pointed to all the other potential conditions that could be upsetting my plants. The moths were coming out at night so I never saw them, but they had laid some eggs and the surviving caterpillars that hatched dug deep into the buds where they were not easily visible. Suffered heavy losses those two seasons but finally diagnosed and dealt with it in the third season.

The point of that story was originally to demonstrate we are all constantly learning something about these plants, no matter how many years you’ve been at it. But after sharing that experience I now think to myself - if I was active online at the time, I could’ve had some experienced grower here immediately diagnose my Septoria the first season, as it was happening. 🙄

Glad I’m here now and can help someone else. I’ve also been getting help here in another thread with my first time building a bubble cloner. I’m an old head and just used peat pucks or soil and domes, but always interested in learning something new. Also, because I’m an old head I have to keep editing my super long ass messages down into just regular long ass messages. 🤣

This site seems to have much nicer and more helpful people than the others I’ve tried 👍 ✌️

All those plants look pretty happy, congratulations!🎉

Good call on the lime, it’s basically just cal mag and pH buffer. A bottle of cal mag will work much quicker if you do have issues down the road.

Are you on well water or city supply? Well water can have crazy levels of all kinds of different things where city water can also have too much of some things but generally is better because it’s monitored and the soil can buffer a lot. Same with PH.
In my experience Hydro growers are all about cal mag and ph and rightfully so, but soil gives us much more flexibility. I think it’s those same guys that will immediately tell people “ you need cal mag and check your ph” no matter what their plant issues or mediums are. Maybe I’ve just been lucky with my water sources over the years and across different cities and provinces, but I think a lot of growers are just obsessed with cal mag 🙄. I’m sure some people need it but definitely not everyone, so don’t believe the hype!

Your veg plants are even looking happy and healthy now, glad you didn’t give up after your third time👍✌️

6 1/2 weeks for bigger plants in sauna.
5 days for ones in cups

7 weeks flower in the box.

Looks good man! I would call this a successful grow.

You are getting better at managing the soil and nutrients, next run try to give your girls more light. The big ones in the sauna look healthy but a little stretchy, so work on getting your light closer and brighter until your plants tell you they don’t like it, then back it off a little. Every plant is different, some won’t like the amount of light, some won’t like the heat from the light, just watch for their reactions.

Final steps that can make or break your grow will be the dry/curing process. It absolutely sucks to spend three months or more on a project only to ruin it at the end, trust me.
Search online for someone with similar drying room conditions to yours if you need a rough idea of how long drying might take. Location makes a difference as well. After having my drying process take 7 days for years, I moved a good distance away and ruined my first crop at the new place when it got bone dry in 24 hours! 🤬
Still consumable, but the terps were only present in a couple really strong strains without a proper dry and cure.☹️

My first drying attempt wasn't good.
Didn't control environment at all just let them dry in my normal basement humidity. They got you stoned but tasted grassy not like green.

I plan on using tent to dry buds. Keep the humidity at 60% and dry it slower. I read a article on rqs website about drying.

Looking great in there man!

Yeah i cooked a couple of my plants this last dry! It was getting to warm in there with horrible humidity! Definitely noticeable! I lost the pine flavor and smell it had.

That sucks ☹️
What strain was it? I’m always interested in a good pine 😋

Sorry bro, I assumed from the title that you had never finished a grow, but that was just my dumb ass assumption and I gave advice like you’ve never made it this far before🥸. Didn’t mean to come off as a know it all, and wish you all the best in the dry and cure process!
RQS had good advice last time I checked. Hopefully you can dial in the dry/cure as well and really enjoy everything those ladies have to offer!
😎

It's all good bro. I'm not sure anymore what attempt this is. Best guess like 7 or 8.
I'm going to figure out how to change the thread name

I want to learn how to make it taste good.
Buds had smell but just tasted grassy.

The plants in the sauna finally had some arms
To tie down. I also took there top knots.
Plants in cups look good. They need water soon but I can probably let em go another day or two. 1 week of life for them.

Plants in box still budding up.
