Trying to get her to stand taller

Im into my third week and the plant is looking pretty healthy... I am concerned about the height tho. Its about 4cm/ 1.5in tall.... Im running 16hrs of light, misting it 3 to 5 times a night and water the soil every 2 days. Any suggestions?
