This has been curing for about 4 weeks and just noticed some of it is turning brown. What am I doing wrong?

Need to know what you're doing. What's your method?
After they were done drying it took us a few days to trim it and then it went in to amber colored glass jars. I went to burp them one day and noticed some had turned brown.

Oy... how long did u dry for... usually want to hang dry for about 14 to 21 days before jarring

IMO, no, they shouldn’t be turning brown this soon! I would get the brown ones away from the not brown ones and probably get them out of the jars and let it dry some more. my guess would be some kind of mold or mildew! Good luck!
