Two Questions | Transplanting and Yield

Hey guys i have 2 questions:

1. I want to transplant autos while they are in their flowering stage. Can it happen and how?
2. My yields are really low and they are at their flowering stage. Can i increase it?

You don’t want to transplant autos or do anything else to interrupt their short grow window.
