uc room build.

Trying to figure out the best size for a room with 16plants in it on 40 inch centers. Any ideas guys would be so incredible helpful. I am having a mental fart and just cant figure it out today. I know I should be able to but just not clicking.

I was thinking that the space there is enough room for a 20x18' room. With a 10 x 18 lung/drying room. If have a couple of 12' fans bringing air from the 20x18s circulating it through the lung where the a.c. should keep the room cool, no? Thinking of trying to use one water cooled a.c. to cool each room.

How much space around the u.c.s would you need to walk easily? 3' perimeter walk space?
