Heres an updated list of Green Day events UK for 28th September. I'll post full details here later. This is being pushed along by LCA with help from Pinky of 'Protest London' and others.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Why not go down your local park at 1 pm on September 28th, wearing an LCA Tshirt or something green - you could call it a Smokey Bear picnic - produce some small fliers to hand out - include the name location of your local park, and give ten or more to each of your friends to give out - send one to your local paper, radio station and other media

no need to put LCA or any contact details on the fliers

rest assured that Mr Bear will get to hear about it, and who-knows, may himself turn up with his wife Mrs Bear. But if you go with some friends, have a nice day, hopefully you will not be disappointed!

so far we have

AT 1 PM

In Coventry - Memorial Park Monument at Memorial Park

In Cardiff - Castle Park near the Cardiff Castle

In Norwich - Chapelfield Gardens

Stoke-on-Trent - Hanley Park, Shelton

Lowestoft, Suffolk - Sparrows Nest

South Woodham Ferrers, Essex - Compass Gardens

Worthing, Sussex - Homefield Park

Enfield Gardens River Lee

Wolverhampton - West Park

St Mary's Bay, Kent - on the beach

Between Reigate and Redhill at Earlswood Lakes - just by the boat house

Danbury - Essex - Danbury Common

Plymouth - Freedom Fields Park

Probably go for the Redhill and Reigate bash, nice and close to home. So what we just print off that lca advert and dish it out with the various parks on it?
