underground watercooling advise needed

I am currently using ice boxes to cool my lights, I already have one chiller In my basement and my basement is now 75, so I can not put another chiller in because it would be inefficient since the room its In is already so hot.
So now I want to store the water for the system underground. The ground is always 54 aNd if enough water is stored it should help keep it cool. I am having a problem finding a tank to fit my application. The ones I found were plastic so they would not transfer the heat out well. I plan on hooking up an Inline pump that pulls the water from the tank Into the chiller then through the system, and then back out and Into the underground tank.

Any Ideas and suggestions?

I make tanks and the plastic does allow temps to transfer. If I have cool floors it chills the water and if they are in the growroom it heats up just as easy. On all my chillers we build a box around it. Then using a fan rated higher then what is in the chiller we duct it outside. JK
54* is about 10* cooler then what I am used to for underground temps.
