Uneven green on the leaves - is it bad?

Hello everyone :)

The day before yesterday, I moved my babies from the seedling box to 4L fabric pots. Afterwards, I watered them with a mixture of RO water and tap water (just over 1L per plant).

I made this mixture to get the EC value of the tap water to about 300 and then, with the right ratio of Calmag/Epsom salt, to end up with 60 mg/L of calcium and 20 mg/L of magnesium. I also adjusted the pH to 6.3 before watering.

Now I've noticed that two of the plants have leaves with different shades of green. Since this is my first grow, I wanted to ask if this still looks okay:

Yes that’s fine. She is darkening her leafs indicating she is getting more nitrogen. What you did most likely made it more available and she is creating more chlorophyll. She will process more photons as she darkens the green.

Ah, thank you for the insightful response! :) Currently, I'm giving her 165 PPFD from a distance of 65cm. Do you think I could already increase the PAR value?

No. Do not increase the light. Your plant is doing fine. Colour wise I'd say she is getting plenty of light.
If you notice any blistering on the leaves or the leaf sides rolling up. Back the light off.

Don't depend on a light meter. Learn to look at a plant and see when it's telling you it's getting to much light.

Today, I visited the plants again and they now show significantly more distinct color differences starting from the center of the plants. The GG#4 even has a pair of leaves with brown tips and light spots on the edges.

As this is my first grow, I have no idea what's going on, so I'm posting more photos here and asking for your help ;D.. Of course, I've already searched the internet for such symptoms and kept coming across sulfur deficiency.

To provide some more information about the plants:

They were transplanted from seedling cubes into 4L pots six days ago, filled with a 50/50 mix of perlite and soil sold as "Living Soil" and enriched with 10% fertilizer, which contains the following components:

Organic-mineral NPK fertilizer 2-3-2 with lime
2% nitrogen rated as total nitrogen
3% phosphate rated as total P2O5
2% potassium rated as total K2O
Minimum organic matter content of 60% based on dry matter.
For use in home and small gardens.

Contains plant materials from the production of food, beverages, or animal feed, algae, leonardite, animal by-products (Cat. 3, VO (EC) 1069/2009: fish meal, blood meal, meat and bone meal), 6% bat guano, magnesium carbonate from marine algae, epsomite, rock dust (basalt/diabase rock), clay minerals, palm ash, fungi (Trichoderma, mycorrhiza), and bacteria.

Additional components:
2% N total nitrogen (organically bound)
3% P2O5 total phosphate
2% K2O total potassium
2% CaCo2 total calcium
0.6% MgO total magnesium
0.5% S total sulfur

Notably, the plants that have received the most water (GG#4 and Blue Dream) show the most severe symptoms. I read on a website that sulfur deficiency can be addressed by dissolving 1 to 2 tablespoons of Epsom salt in 4L of water and using that to water the plants. This seems like a lot to me because, to prepare my watering solution, I mixed 15L of tap water with 20L of RO water, then added 21ml of Biobizz Calmag and only 3g of Epsom salt to achieve good calcium/magnesium levels. Perhaps I reduced the sulfur content of the water too much?

However, I only watered each plant with a maximum of 1.5L of water for the initial watering and haven't watered them since (as mentioned, this was six days ago). The soil surface is still moist... but it’s also been consistently around 26.5°C with 81% humidity.
