Unknown pest on leaves

Very small, whitish/tan in color, and look/move like small centipedes. I have seen them on both sides of leaves. They move quick, considering how small they are.

Immature thrips. Once they are adults, they are black and may have white spots. Fairly easy to kill those suckers. I never use pesticides. wipe them out by hand. (smear across the leaf)

looks like it is thrips...gonna keep killin em by hand. i read on the sticky that gnatrol works to keep em away?? Is there a good foliar to use?
