URGENT PLEASE HELP , whats wrong with my pic?

i am woundering what is wrong with this plant , this is the only one out of the 4 that are like this , i thikn its salt build up .. i am also woundering if i adjust the ph to 6.5 , will it still be salty?

im feeding at 3 tsp per 2 liter or 1750 ppm but the other 3 are loving it ,, the ph was off it was at 7.3 when i tested it

thanks rips im using flora nove veg 7 -4-10 .. would they be ok to clone tomarrow nite?

lower those ppm to 1300 at the most, keep ph at 6. Ripz is right on, flush and quit over nuting them

sweet thanks for the help .... i just got done flushing them with final flush solution and bottled watter from the grocery store .. :) goign to cut them tomarrow nite if all looks well

what do u think of the strain ? its a home brewed one i made by mistake , it has , afganie xnl on one side and skunk on the other , i call it clusterfuck ...it buds like a hardy bitch :)
