Using Bokashi bran to inculcate wheat bran???

I just saw someone on another forum saying I can take the bokashi bran I have to inculate more wheat bran. I have tried to google how to and can't find an answers. I habe tried the rice water and milk method but it never worked as far as I know so looking for a real simple method to get the bran going
