Using glasses while exposed to the grow light

hi everyone,

when I started growing I had a small LED that produced purple light (Blue+Red light), and when I opened the tent I used the green glasses that came with it.
Now I use 2x VIVOSUN VS1000 which are full spectrum.
My question is: do I need to wear any kind of glasses when I'm exposed to these lights? if so - which one?
would love to get some links to products on Amazon or Ebay

I run full spectrum LED and don’t wear any special glasses. Just don’t look directly at the lights.

i wear the same sunglasses i do for when i'm riding my motorcycle. they're polarized and super dark. otherwise i can't see shit whenever i close up the tent, too damn bright in there.
