Using smart led light, green setting

Hi,
Want some lighting in my room that I can use when grow lights are off in case I need to go in there for something. Obviously white light is a no, so I use a green LED head torch that's designed to be used in grow rooms as green light doesn't affect plants.

However can I use one of those color changing smart bulbs, such as Tapo 530 bulb, where you can change the colour output? If I set it to only emit green only light will this be ok, or would these still effect plant? Thank you

Don’t go in when the lights are off.

I think plants need more length in exposure to respond not a flicker now and again. Use a black light.

I never plan to go in when lights are off, no, but sometimes you have to, say if there's a problem etc.

That should illuminate with very low energy. It’s an odd light to illuminate. Buy one if you can. They last forever.
