@Kushmaster can you please present the evidence to show if your statement is true or not

Cbn cannabinol worx for me tho. I expose my oil to heat and light to convert and seem to have high success i have no access to lab testing but it may work different for someone else i gotta friend that smokes indicas and feels energetic and sativas make him feel lethargic so this may only be an effective remedy for those who feel cerebral highs to sativas and couchlocks to indicas

I have been using sunlight to degrade three different strains of harvested flower from THCA to CBNA. Using a pyrex pie plate, i carefully spread a thin layer of ground cannabis, then covering with saran wrap (with air holes). Ambient air temp 35 degrees f, UV power of 8 at ~ 7,400 feet.
Sample A exposed for six hours, Sample B for 3 hours and Sample C for 3 hours.
I have severe obstructive sleep apnea, with the need for O2 supplementation via CPAP, usually not sleeping more than three to four hours a night and feeling worse in the morning than the night before-no shit.
I vaped my "experimental cannabis" individually about an hour before laying down to rest (I'm never in REM sleep very long), and to my surprise I slept five hours that night as well as the last two-that's a marked improvement.
My question is can I increase my sunlight exposure times, to completely convert THCA to CBNA? and is there such a thing as overexposed Cannabis from conversion to CBNA.
