Hi everyone curios have 25 watt 730 ir booster and Uv booster strips. Curious if I should run the on timers separate or run whole 12 hours. Don’t seem too strong can upload pics

I dont remember who I was chatting with on here about it but they mentioned one of the two is only used for a few hours a day and I dont remember what context they were using that in ( like you will kill your plants dead or its just not necessary)
