veg box built need help with air outtake

i have jus built a small veg box about 20" deep 24" wide & 50" tall. i am gonnA use a 200w envirolite in this box.Does anyone use this , will it be ok to veg about 5 plants from seed to 12"- 15" in 6 weeks with this light. i have put a small fan inside but will i need to have an out take, can i simlply have bit of ducting in the top or will i need a extractor fan to push air out.if so any ideas would a bathroom extractor fan be good? also gonna seal up the box 2mora im going to buy a aqua sealant will this be ok, as its ok for fish i was thinking it wont hurt the babies.any ideas please ?

also shall i just paint the inside matt white or shall i use mylar will it make much difference foe a small veg space

yo con esa altura no dejaria crecer las plantas mas de
10" o te creceran demasiado al florecer, depende tambien de la genetica. Un extractor hay que ponerlo siempre uno de baño estara bien y sellar la caja no es importante.
El mylar es la mejor opción pero pintado de blanco es bueno tambien y mas barato, mi indor esta pintado de blanco y funciona muy bien.

A bathroom vent fan may be ok, since your box is not huge. If you can afford something quieter and better, go with that instead. I would definitely incorporate an exhaust fan. Your air quality is just as important as your nutrients and light.

thanks altitude so ig i buy 2 computer fans 1 for intake 1 for outtake , will this be enough u think.also what about light through the fans?
