Veg Light Normal 18 6, for one day want to switch it to 24 hours. Ok or bad?

Ok going to be working around my veg room so i was thinking of just leaving the lights on all day instead of putting it through its dark cycle. This will only be for one day maybe two.

Would this stress them, turn them to hermies, any negatives anyone can think of?

i do this all the time and never had a prob, dont even worry about it at all

someone disagrees they are just paranoid or have bad or feminized/hermie genetics....

as long as theey dont get more than 6 hours darkness youll never have to worry

im new to this and will be asking for lots of help and advice lol. iv been vegging for the last month from seed and they arnt that big is that normal. please help
