Why do I see so many people growing these seemingly tall plants just to remove the bottom half? Wouldn't it save time to flip before it grew all that you were going to remove anyway?

Picture of my plant before and after stretch.

3 weeks ago it was just this.
Veg time flowering stretch ect question

Here she is 3 weeks later after stretch.
Veg time flowering stretch ect question 2

I am only going to have to remove very little all the stress was in veg. Regardless of how long you veg for you probably only going to keep the stretch anyway.

I tend to veg them for a long time because I like large plants and am not concerned with saving time. I suppose that's because I only grow them for personal use, and TBH, for the joy of growing. Overall, I'm mostly an easy-going grower. A long time ago, a smart grower told me to develop my own style of growing, so that's what I did.

Guys I was literally was just wondering, because I don't know jacka crapa lol
