veg to bloom?

I am switching from veg to bloom. I am adding ionic bloom, calmag, protek and zone. Can I also add h2o2 with that mix? I just want to be safe and kill anything that might be there. I noticed in my spare res That I had filled with ro and protek I had some cloudy slime on my hoses same thing when I use it in my ez cloner is this normal?

I was reading on another thread that GH's pH up & (possibly down) was causing issues with slime and looking for that thread, I found this one.
