Vent between flipflop rooms or seperate AC?

My original thought was to vent between the 2 rooms and keep CO2 levels around 800.

Its not a huge gain level...but it wouldn't poison the dark side at night with high CO2, either.

Is this cool..?

I have a 3 year old 4 ton Rheem that has performed flawlessly. I just had to build out the ducting inside.

They are hella affordable on ebay. Even 16 seer I think...around $3k.

What is your opinion of the Rheem brand?...if you dont mind me asking your pro opinion, that is.
