Vero Lpc Combo To Much?

i have a 2'x2' flower area, and use a rw75. the light does a good job but i believe i need more. i'm thinking of adding 2 - vero 18's each driven by a lpc-60-1400 on artic alpine 11 plus coolers with 5w wall warts to run the fans. do yall think this is to much?
