Welcome to "the" Viprespectra KS3000 "review thread", here we will discuss and investigate the newest lineup of Viparspectra's KS line for 2023. I have relied on Dr. M.J. Coco for par results as he has "Apogee" instruments. Stay tuned and ask questions as we review this 3x3 capable led "bar" style light.SSgrower

Here's my 3x3 with the KS 3000 300w installed. I use 70/30 % Coco/ perlite. Dyna-Gro nutrients with Green Planet in flower instead of Dyna-Gro Bloom. I also use Foop garden & FF Big bloom as well. Stay tuned for more information, SSGROWER

The 3x3 tent is setup well with A/C Infinity 4" inline fan, two 6" fans circulation units. Charcoal filter helps smell. SS grower

how far above those plants do u have the light

I'll measure bigger. 24" if I was to guess. I do need to faise the inline fan up or out of the tent as the tent is 6 ft.SS grower

Hey Biggerbuds420 the plants are 22" below the lights with 1 ft. plant stands I can remove to get an extra 1ft. of head room. SSgrower testing for Viparspectra's KS3000 led

Saturday update, early flower has been uneventful and has gone well so far. Massive bloom 1-2-3 is going into my flower schedule for a while. I also am trying Foop bloom 1&2 plus foop garden for veg stage. Follow this thread ️ lighting is 1/4 of the formula for great head smoke. @ ViperSpectra. Com SS grower

id be interested in PPF readings from various spots of the tent as well as penetration numbers if you're keen to share....

Photon flux has been measured by Dr. M.J. Coco and his video's are on Youtube. I'll research it and give you a more detailed answer when I can,Cheers, in a quick glance 856Umols with a decrease at canopy. There are 2 par readings, par & ePar. Dr. Bruce Bugbee of Apogee Instruments has a great video or 2 as well.
