Viparspectra PAR1200 Help - First Grow

Hi there. Currently about 3 days into my first grow (GG 4 Auto - Growers Choice) and could use a little feedback on light settings for early veg.

Setup:
-3x3x5 tent
-Vivosun 4" carbon filter and 190 cfm inline fan
-Viparspectra PAR1200 dimmable LED
-Powergrow DWC System
-Couple 6" oscillating fans that haven't been fired up yet.
-Homedics ultrasonic humidifier

As this is my first grow I was hoping to get some feedback on my lighting and setup. So far the lil ones appear to be pretty happy. Roots have reached the resovoir in 3 of 4 buckets 9 days in. Currently I have my light set at 60% veg / 0% Bloom at about 38" from top of bucket an 18/6 schedule. I'm wondering when I should increase the intensity of their lighting.

And insights or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would bring the lights down closer around 22" but no closer. Do not want to stress your girls. Also try bumbing veg up to 75% maybe 80% and wait a day or 2 just to see how she reacts. Always check the instructions that come with your lights.
