Are they going to be decently priced? Or 5x the price they should be like most other companies do?
5 lets go 6. cause you know it will be a much better tested blend of 100% top bin

Funny how much stock people put in to top bin..

Samsung calls anything over the average lumen output top bin. The average top bin is 2% more lumens.

Also samsung wont sell anything that is 2% lower lumens over the average. They dont pass QC and arent sold.

So top bin is at most 4% or 5% more lumens than the worst LED samsung will sell. Given that you lose 10% to 15% lumens each year on average, any advantage you gained from top bin is gone within the first couple months of using them.

Yeah that's worth 4 or 5 times more.... 🤭

Any idea on the pricing? This is essentially any other quantum board.
My worry is it would be 3x the price of other known good fixtures with the exact same specs, cause of the name alone.

It's about time the "rip off" brands started using lm301's. This is much too late though. Quantum boards are being taken over by fluence type fixtures now, as far as desirability.

Cool quantum board though.

150 watt and 240 watt, but I heard they also have another 480 watt version too, but not available yet I guess? Anyway yes late to the game but they will be great lights for smaller grows like mine, no doubt. I have a p1500 and it works well enough without the fancy name brands behind all it's parts either way 🤷

OOF, yeah. $270 US ☹
What a shame. About 3x the price of kingbrite for the same thing 😪

Oh well! At least they are trying, and offering new products that follow the trends 👍

Got my XS1500 in today, Viparspectra sent me one after I purchased a p1500, and they immediately after made technical changes to that model (added IR), I asked to swap my old version for the new one 😂 they said just wait a couple months and they'd send me this even newer version. So, they kept their word! I have the original p1500 (no IR), side by side with the new XS1500. Just ending a grow and excited to get a new one started to compare the two 😃
