Vivosun grow light fan won't turn on

I have a small Vivosun grow light and it works and the exhaust fan works with it. but the light fan won't work? help

Also take into consideration looking into a higher quality LED.
Vivosun is a great starter but ultimately Amazon based brands of grow equipment arent providing reliability.

Sorry to hear about your issues. Is that that one of the aero lights with the fan in the center?

Now the control has stopped showing inside temp and humidity but does show outside and all other stuff.
