Vivosun light or mars hydro

I have 2 mars hydro ts600 light I been using inside 2x4 tent.. my question is I wanna use vivosun vs1000 light and switch one of mars light but I'm not sure what light percentage I should start with? 25% 50% 75% or 100%I was gonna do 25 for a day or so then go up.. The light is about 15" above top. If anyone could provide some info

Download the lux app. It's free and enables you to use your phone as a light meter. Several different apps avail. That way no guessing, you'll know your light strength, approx.

1k it too much for a 2x4. A 400 hps, or what everr gets you iver 5k lumens per sq ft.
