to me curing doesnt make it smoother it only makes the smell more intense and the overall smoking experience better

But i dont know yet plan was to let it hang for 2 weeks maybe and then cut it up let it cure for a week or two

It depends on last time you watered, fan leaves, bud density. You want a crunch on the outside of solid buds but a good bounce back feom the inside, so the internal moisture can move to the outer part. Curing evens out the moisture in the bud and if done properly is the difference between good weed and great week, plus it greatly extends shelf life if there is at least a quick cure. If the stem snaps you are screwed. Gotta get jars, humidity meters for them and practice. Drying is much more experience than science.

I totally agree about money ruining weed. I have a couple close friends who I gift to and that's about it. People have offered me 20 a gram a few times but I need my herb for my quality of life and I can't afford to buy it so i grow it to sustain my medecine supply. If I have a huge outdoor season I might sell for reasonable prices to fund the next grow but I won't gouge people, I just won't do it.
