WARNING GRAPHIC: Whats happening plz?

My plant is dying. Went to work and came home to my parents having put a plastic bag over it for probably around 5 hours before I got to it. I'm assuming not only was it deprived of sunlight but that it was suffocated. Also is this a sign of over watering? Is there any way to recover this plant? Tips????

as suggusted, totally feed it until you get run off and than put it in the shade somewhere. it's gonna probebly take some time until its recoverd but she'll come back.
