A copper cpu cooling block here's the link on new egg its14 Bucks little better I would say for Diy led cob grows you can use a tiny water chiller and have zero heat from tons of cobs and you could easily hang them just by the heavy duty tubing for cooling the cobs/water blocks so just that tape and thermal paste and some string and you could push your cobs to the max and they would run for a long time seeing they could run at 45degreesF what do you think
