Watering Frequency for grodan block?

I'm having to switch over to 8" grodan blocks, how often should I be watering, I veg for 2 months so I'm assuming its about like growing in coco. The first 4-5 weeks going throw wet n dry cycle than keep it Saturated or do i still need some dry back?
